Chocolate Dash 5k packet pick-up

 

On Saturday, March 30th, set off for a scenic & delectable run by San Francisco’s East Beach. Look forward to tasty bites along the route and at the finish line. All finishers earn ribbons & tickets for a chocolatey, post-race raffle. Take the race at your own pace - run or walk, who cares, you're dashing for chocolate!

Registered participants will be convening here at Schoggi on March 28th from 5-7pm to pick up race packets and be treated to some delicious samples.

Schoggi is very proud to be a part of the SF Pride 2011 VIP Party at San Francisco City Hall, where VIP's will get to sample some of our Swiss Drinking Chocolate mixed with Kirsch, cherry brandy. The event is held in the rotunda at city hall from 2-5 p.m. Tickets to the event available here.

Schoggi will be hosting a Chocolate and Tea pairing in association with Classes for Causes, a charitable organization which donates tuition from various classes to different charitable causes.

The class will introduce rules of logic on tea and food pairings. There are four sets of pairing menus with luxury-grade Oolong teas and Schoggi Imported Swiss Chocolates for each student to taste and share experience with the class.If you would like more information or to buy tickets, go to Classes for Causes' website.

The guests at the Tasty Awards After Party recently got a taste of Schoggi's Swiss Drinking Chocolate. We were serving it mixed with Kirschwasser, a German cherry brandy. Classes for Causes is a new charity set up to provide opportunities for people to teach and learn while giving to charity. It's about sharing knowledge, having fun and giving, all at the same time.

We will be offering six pieces of chocolate paired with Vasquez coffees, Far Leaves teas, and wine. You'll learn a bit about pairing chocolate with your favorite beverages, meet the Classes for Causes team and have a chance to win raffle prizes. Who knows, you may even get inspired for Valentine's Day. Donations are $35 per person. We hope you can join us in supporting a great cause.
